Politique d'expédition
We offer a variety of delivery options to almost every country in the world with express courier. However, shipments to destinations outside the EU may have certain restrictions or special procedures for the management of customs formalities.
The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company and the country of destination. Keep in mind that the indicated delivery time is approximate and refers to business days, excluding weekends and official holidays. We currently have 3 different types of shipping available:
Service without POD (Proof of Delivery): this is a postal service that does not include a signature on delivery of the order.
Service with POD: in this case, it is a service that does include signature on delivery of the order.
Pallet service: this is delivery via pallet. Keep in mind that you will need an accessible unloading area for this, as well as machinery and the means to receive the delivery.
TURN OR EXCHANGING
In the case of returning or exchanging items the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including duties and taxes. If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, please contact us.
DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us in mediately.
